Freshly baked and hot out of the oven, Wunderlist 2 arrives today on Android Tablets. Optimized for use on Google Nexus (4, 7 and 10), Kindle Fire and many more devices, Wunderlist 2 has never looked or performed better. So, gather up your tablets and download it here.

Now that you’ve downloaded the app, let’s walk you through some of the special ingredients that make the arrival of Wunderlist 2 for your Android tablets just that little bit tastier.

Brand new
Just like its phone, web and desktop counterparts, the latest edition to the growing Wunderlist family is a brand new native app. Every individual line of code and pixel has been specifically crafted for Android tablets — of all sizes and configurations... No matter if your taste buds favor a Google Nexus, Kindle Fire or one of the many other Android tablets on the market. Our Android Development Team has worked tirelessly to make sure that your Wunderlist content is optimized and beautifully rendered on any screen size.

Share Amongst All Your Apps
Taking advantage of the Android OS, Wunderlist now allows you to send, share or export your lists to other text sharing apps on your device. That includes sharing your “Favorite Movies of All Time” list with your Twitter followers, or your “Wishlist” privately with a loved one via WhatsApp. Pretty neat, eh? But wait, it gets even better...

At the same time we give you the opportunity to deliver content to Wunderlist. Any message, text or link can be directly added to your Wunderlist. You’ll never again forget another article that you really wanted to read, or the name of the bar you wanted to visit while in Berlin — we’ll save it for you within Wunderlist, complete with the link and title. You’ll also be able to save tweets, or even notes and tasks from other apps like WhatsApp. The possibilities of these two simple features are endless with Android and Wunderlist. It’s now time for you to explore!

Widget — Fast Lane Access
With the larger screen size of a tablet, you can now take full advantage of the Wunderlist Widget. If you’re as addicted to lists as much as we are, simply add multiple widgets to get a quick overview of all your most important to-do’s right from your home screen. But it doesn’t have to be all hard work and no play. Why not also add your favorite recipes to a list for easy access on your way to the supermarket or check off the movie you’ve just watched when relaxing on the couch? You can even curate your lists directly from the web via the Wunderlist Chrome Extension.

If you haven’t heard by now, we love our community of amazing users — that’s you! We’ve been listening to all of your feedback and put as much of it as possible into this latest update. On top of the Wunderlist 2 features you already know and love, we’ve added the option to easily email a list. And specifically for Android Tablet, we’ve added support for fullscreen notes and landscape mode.

It’s Only The Beginning
This is, however, just the beginning. Our work goes beyond what you directly see today and will allow us to continue to provide updates and add features on a faster, more regular basis. You will also experience more Android specific features, including integration with key Google services in the near future, so please stay tuned!

In the meantime we hope you’ll love using your Android tablet just that little bit more now, and as always, let us know what you think by leaving a review on Google Play.
