It seems like only a few months ago we were mapping out ideas for a productivity tool and building a business plan for 6Wunderkinder.
Now we are the #1 downloaded app in the iPhone App Store in 12 countries (including USA, Germany, UK, Russia and Sweden) and we have been iPhone App Of The Week in 62 countries. We are extremely excited and can embrace yet another milestone for our young company.

In our last blog post you met our two community managers Eric and Matt. They are your first point of contact for support and receive all of your feedback. These two gentlemen are dedicated to answering your inquiries and solving your technical issues in a timely fashion. Their mission is to develop a strong rapport with all of you by answering your questions through our support forum, email, Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr. Tumblr is a new channel you can visit to find tips, tricks, articles and updates regarding Wunderlist.
It’s in the works to make the switch to Assistly in order to cope with the increase of support tickets and feature requests. The system is very streamlined, which ensures we can offer optimal support as our user base grows. Users can also help each other, which means there will be a lot more activity and help available at any given time. We are currently compiling our knowledge base too, and we will switch to Assistly in the near future.
In addition, our support team put together four short video tutorials on how to get started with Wunderlist. They will provide a quick overview on the basic features and how to navigate the platform so you can utilize Wunderlist to its fullest potential.
