Improve your Workflow
with Zapier’s new Wunderlist integration

March 9, 2016 - Comments

We love apps. From keeping track of your to-dos in Wunderlist to managing your time with your calendar, apps help us get stuff done. But what if you could connect and automate them to do the work for you? Thanks to our friends at Zapier, their updated Wunderlist integration now boasts Multi-Step Zaps and Search Actions, so you can now reach whole new levels of automated-productivity.

How Zapier’s Wunderlist Integration works

Zapier is a service that connects your to-do lists to the other apps you use all day, like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Evernote, Trello, SalesForce and many more. With Zapier’s new Multi-Step Zaps and Search Actions, you can now build workflows with as many steps and actions as you need to help you get stuff done.

Let’s say you’re chatting with your team in Slack and a few to-dos start coming up in your conversation. With Multi-Step Zaps, you can star a comment in Slack, then Zapier will automatically add it to your team’s list in Wunderlist, and to make sure that it gets done that week, also create a Google Calendar event too. There’s almost an endless amount of workflow possibilities that you can create—just click here to see more examples on the Zapier blog.

How to get started with Zapier’s Wunderlist Integration:

  1. Open your browser and log in to both your Wunderlist and Zapier accounts.
  2. Connect your Wunderlist to your Zapier account.
  3. Check out the pre-made Wunderlist Zaps.
  4. Or create your own from scratch in the Zap Editor.

We’d love to hear which Wunderlist Zaps are your favorites, and which Zaps you’d like to see in the future. Just tell us on Twitter or Facebook or in the comments below.
